Is my boyfriend a crazy psychopath?

My boyfriend keeps making jokes saying if I try leaving him he would lock me up and tie me up to his bed he also said if I try to breaking up with him he would kill me because if he can’t have me “ no one can” he told me he was joking but this is the 4th time he made a “joke” about this. I’m starting to think he isn’t, even as a fantasy it is disturbing is it time to let him go?

Tell literally all of you friends that he has said these things.


If you have make friends, especially any strong ones, let them know what is happening and ask them to keep you safe if he really is that crazy.


Break up with him from a safe location and do not go anywhere alone until you are CERTAIN he wasn’t serious.


If he begins stalking you or sending you threats, get evidence of that behavior and bring it to the police station to get a restraining order.

Depends on how he says it and in what context. I say those things to my boyfriend of 5 years. Skinning him and eating his flesh because his legs look good 😂 he plays along too. So i dont c anything wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️

At the very least, he is an asshole. Ask him if he wants you to go to the police to inform yourself about getting a restraining order. Then say you're only joking.

He could be just one of those really into dark humor types. But if you feel it is getting too weird for you, I would leave him.

maybe you should just be honest with him about it and tell him that this makes you annoyed and see his reaction then it might be more clear for you what he actually means.
