I met this nice guy at work and been friendly for over a year, we used to be flirty and he told one of our workmates he thought I was hot…when I got courage to ask him out months ago he rejected me and said he didn’t feel anything so we’ve been friends only. We were friends on fb but I unfriended him for a while because it got a bit awkward and stuff. I asked him if I could follow him on fb again and he said to just leave things the way they are for now…that’s a bad sign right?

I don’t think it’s a thing to where he has an issue with you or dislikes you as a person. But since the rejection, things were awkward between you two, then for you to have deleted him was like a nail in the coffin, connection severing sort of move. You weren’t wrong to do so, but he just doesn’t care to have you as a friend. Then there’s no confusion, no chance of you checking in on him or anything of that nature. In any case I think you should move on, and maybe this will help you do so.
