This is absolutely nothing to worry about. He's just grabbing a coffee with you. You guys haven't talked about being exclusive. Plus you have no idea who these girls may or may not be who he's adding. Either way, nothing to be concerned about. You can't expect the guy to commit to you just because you've been talking and are gonna grab a coffee. Not unless you've been talking in some way that leads you to reasonably expect that you guys are in a committed, exclusive relationship. You really don't need to worry about this. This doesn't indicate anything about his interest in you. You can't expect exclusivity, until you literally have a conversation about that (which is usually when people go from "dating" to "boyfriend and girlfriend.") Until then... you're really pre-mature in expecting him to not add/talk to other girls.

I don't see why he would ask you out if he wasn't interested. But if you feel like he's half-ass interested, then there might indeed be something to it. But... the girls he's adding don't mean anything. They don't indicate anything about a lack of interest. But if other things lead you to worry he's not as interested as you feel he should be, then you might be right. It depends on how your conversations have been going.

Definitely keep talking up until the date. If things are going well... talk MORE up until the date. I don't know why you're letting this Instagram thing trip-you up so much.
