Had very passionate sex with my friends with benefits and found out that he blocked me after. We both said I love you to each other and told each other we wanted to become exclusive. He even asked when I was free so we could meet again. I do not get it, why would a guy do this

He showed you his true nature which is someone without integrity he doesn’t mean what he says and a coward ie ran away instead of being honest with you. is this the type of person you want to invest in long term? I know you cannot turn your feelings off but I hope that would help you process and realize that you deserve someone who reciprocates your feelings and intentions.
