He said "I want you to focus on the work"?

Me and my coworker developed some sort of a relationship.

We made out a few times... we behave like an actual couple. But at the same time we aren't one. I don't know what we are exactly tbh.

Anyway... we spend only two days of the week together, cause he has to complete tasks elsewhere. I see him only on Mondays and Fridays.

The problem is that because of that and bc of the fact that there is some confusion about the status of our relationship. Plus he rarely texts and calls now (stress at work)... after we became more than coworkers and friends. I get anxious.

I asked him "do u regret this?" 2 weeks ago... he said "no, I don't".

Yesterday I asked him to call him... he sort of ignored me. This morning I texted him "are you ignoring me purpose?". He said "Ignore you? I don't, but I want you to focus on work, bc you are starting to overthink".

I wonder what he meant... does he want us to take a pause or what?
