Guy's Behavior

My boyfriend is paranoid?

He is worried about other people talking shit about him, he keeps talking about how tired he is of thers critisizing him

He thinks someone can break into his house or call police on him

We had an argument yesterday he said:stop shouting (i wasn't shouting at all) the neighbours will hear you and will call police ill end up in jail

I wasn't shouting i just asked why he was rude to me

He said he just wanna be in silence and doesn't wanna talk

It was weird as fuck

He thinks his boss is spying on him all the time

Now he wants to leave the country, i said id go with him he says i dont have to since my family is here i dont need to risk my life going to another country with him

Is this me tal illnes?
