What age do men stop getting hard naturally from thought alone?

I imagine it depends on the guy, his sex drive, and especially his health.

Testosterone plays a key part in a man's sex drive, and it can/does decline with age, but not every guy has the same amount of testosterone, nor does it decline at the same rate.

Additionally, the ability to achieve, and maintain, an erection depends upon his physical health. If he stays active, and keeps in shape, then he'll have a much easier time achieving an erection than a younger man who's out of shape.

So there's really no definitive answer for when, or even if, it will happen to a guy. It's influenced by a number of wildly fluctuating factors. Case in point: I am 38, and can still, very quickly, get rock hard simply by thinking about something sexual.

Yeah, it's likely that a man's testosterone, and just overall health, in general would likely preclude him from getting erections easily.

It's certainly not impossible, if he kept himself in exceptional physical health for that long, but I would say it's extremely unlikely.
