Trust me most men aren’t going to get their feelings hurt like that the way women get their feelings hurt by a lot of things. Maybe he knows about them. Just tell him. Trust me you’re doing him a disservice if you’re not being honest w him.

I suggest broaching the subject by asking him if he's noticed them. That kind of question shouldn't hurt a person's feelings.

by the way once you are in a more secure place in the relationship and want to know how to give him that feedback; frame it as a way for him to be healthy. Suggest you help him see a doctor or find a dermatologist. Also admitting you have to see a doctor for a health check up creates a supportive frame.
