What to do about this guy?

This guy at work always says Pervy comments to the women he even follows them around. He has been spoken to by management but he still carries on he says he always chases the women. They stalk him it is uncomfortable to witness so it just be bad for the women.

Well, that’s the best advice I can offer. He needs to be stopped. Do they have cameras positioned in different locations at your workplace? That way, the management team can look at footage and have the evidence they need against him.

They have good cameras but my company like to sweep things under the rug. They will have a chat with him so HR doesn’t get involved paper work etc.
