ok so there's this guy , the first day we met he kept staring at me and making eye contact without looking away and he kept smiling all the time , then I left the class we were in together and 2 weeks later i came back , he then just kept eye contact but without the smile , he looks at me then looks away and then looks at me and then looks away , he's in a talking stage with another girl but still looks at me deep in my eyes , I texted to him : hii , do u have private lessons in summer to teach? ( he's an artist so I was asking) but he still hasn't replied since Friday plus when I followed him on IG he didn't follow me (his account is public)

he replied to my friend's message and then he left her on seen
but he didn't even open our chat so I think he's not replying on purpose

he also posted a pic of him , it means he's been active and not busy

As for answering questions, I think there's a couple things. One is that it's a Friday during the work day (at least in the U. S., I'm not sure where you are) so not everyone will be on GaG during the work day. I think some users don't want to answer questions from people under 18. That's not helpful to you but it's a thing. Finally, you ask a question that's important and you need an answer for but I think that there are many folks who just don't want to guess at answering so they skip the question.

Unfortunately, I think this guy is being a jerk. Not even mind games as you wrote -- I think he's just deliberately not responding. Not to mess with you, but he just chosen not to.

all friendship whether dating or just as friends is a mind game, taking dating, there are people on here that will say they haven't told a lie, rubbish, and falsehoods, all you need to do is sit at a table in a restarant order up a chicken meal with a leg to it, see how many don't do as they do at home, until someone like me picks it up and eats it that way,

He might be asleep or busy working on something else, etc. I recommend that you avoid the temptation of wanting to message him, to see what's taking him so long. In my experience, a new romantic interest will sometimes put you to 'the test' - which means letting you twist in the wind for a little while, to see how you handle it. It sounds like you really like this guy, so good luck!
