I would sleep with a guy then if i see them ever again, i wouldn't feel the need to say hi how are you? i'd feel more comfortable pretending i didn't see them.

i have schizoid personality. I don't develop emotional connection as readily as everyone else does

That depends. My only concern is your are UNABLE to. If it's by choice. And THEY accept that it's just sex. Then NO, there's nothing wrong with it. But if you don't because you're simply not able to then that's a problem.

kids don't need two parents. the reason why historically people have said that kids need two parents is because two incomes are better than one income for the family. However, if the single parent has plenty of money, the kid will turn out fine.

plus, plenty of fathers abandon their kids nowadays including married fathers. Its not uncommon to see kids who said their dads abandoned them. Marriage is no way to keep a man to being a father.

Kids do need 2 parents, it is much harder growing up with just 1, even if you have money.

Parenting is not just about finances, its about time, experiences, life lessons, etc.

You also keep ignoring the std risk. And based on your view of emotional connections, sex, ris aversion, parenting, etc, YOU especially need a father for your child, because without one, you will fail to teach your child common sense.

because truth is.,.. plenty of kids in the us grow up fine without a father. Plenty of them are college educated , hold good jobs and are even married. Not every childhood is a fairytale. My childhood was not a fairytale and I grew up into a fine , college educated, moral adult.

plenty of fathers out there aren't cut out for parenting. plenty of them only see their kids once a month. just cuz you have a father, it doesn't mean you will get a good childhood.
