I laugh, I cry, I have happiness, I am usually polite ( unless provoked), I feel pain , I feel sadness. Yet I am not a man because I do feel these emotions. I am called a coward and unworthy of attention from women. I am not man enough to hang with the guys.

No idea. It’s usually men who hold that belief for other men. Most women enjoy a man who can show his emotions in a healthy way. The whole “you’re not a real man if you do this or this” is an idea mostly enforced by men.
Would you be turned off if a guy was going through a bad time like if his mom or sister died or his dog died or he's just way too frustrated from work and cried? I mean not in front of everyone just you.
I wouldn’t be turned off, or turned on. It would be weird to sexualise him if he’s crying and upset over something. But I do appreciate a man who is comfortable showing his emotions and expressing them in a healthy way, instead of having temper tantrums like some men have.
