I had a crush he never saw me as something serious he only wanted me for a pastime. He always said he never wanted a relationship until he met that girl and he changed his mind to the point where he would just treat her like a queen giving her flowers and all that. That made me doubt so much about me like why her and not me:(

Aw poor soul, it's cause some people are just ungrateful, and can be selfish as well, they can spend time with someone and when they think they find someone better they throw what they have away, so normally in this situation the problem is them, not you, what you can do is not let this experience effect the way you think about yourself and learn from the experience, some people just aren't worth it, you'll run into someone better and you'll realize if this didn't happen, you wouldn't have found that other person.

Here's the thing: this isn't about you not having something or you being bad or you not being enough. Really. It's just his attraction to her and/or something about her. Humans get attracted to other humans for billions of different reasons and often many of them are not logical and they make no sense.

Yes I know that we all choose one over everyone. The truth here is that he treated me differently like he used me all he wanted was getting me in his sheets. And I felt so bad because he took her seriously that made me self conscious and doubt a lot about myself like what was he thinking about me why he saw me like that.

My advice would be to focus on getting past the hurt and to not focus or even think about him treating you differently or why he chose her. You gain nothing and you'll never get that answer.

A few years down the line (or even months) you’re going to meet someone else. You’ll build your self esteem and realise a lot of other and better men desire you. You will eventually run into this guy again and laugh at yourself for ever having feelings towards him and seeking his approval.


I know this because I was once 17 years old.

You’re right the only reason I think about him is because I have unsolved shit everyday I have doubts of why he treated me differently why he used me and like nothing happened he’s just in love with someone. Can't tell you how many times this has happened to me. I had woman coming on to me so strong, I was like hey lets slow down a little. Week later she was back with her ex-boyfriend that cheated on her and was now engaged to another woman but broke it off to get back with her.

I was like what a fucking nut job.
