Question

I had this situationship like 5 months ago we only lasted like 3 months he asked me to be together I was scared I would fall Hard for Him and he would leave so I told him we can't be together he used to always tell me how much he love me and wants to be with me But we still used to make out after some day I knew I was falling for him so I ghosted him because I was scared then we completely stopped talking we started passing each other with out a single glance But all this time I can't think of anyone but him but I got scared he would not want me back this past weeks I was struggling with my self to not reach out to him Yesterday I run into him on my way to class he hugs me and he asks me if I want to do some survey job and I said sure he asks for my number I ask him if he deleted my number he says it's a new phone I gave him my number I had a feeling he forgot my name He called later and we went to the place together I had to stop myself to not tell him why I run away because he didn't mention anything but he mentioned a couple of things i said when we were dating I called him later because I had someone that wanted to do the job (I wanted to talk to him) he asks who it is I tell him my name he repeated my name and says I don't know who is this Yeah he forgot my name or something Now please I'm I being delusional or can a guy actually forgot a name of a girl he used to love?
