Guy I been dating for 6 months told me he’s suffering from some mental health issues and he’s been seeing a therapist and he’s not mentally there to continue seeing and he needs to focus on himself for a bit and that it isn’t fair to me

I believe part of this is true but I’m not sure. opinions please?

The best thing you can do is be supportive and understanding, express your gratitude for the moments you shared together, and move on.
