I am in a new relationship and he is a gift giver and it confuses me help?

I am in a relationship with this guy. He is not necessarily perfect we fight often however i noticed he is a huge GIVER. When we started talking he directly shared his netflix password, his amazon password, & paramount. That was odd i never requested any he just gave me all the passwords. A few weeks later he asked me to send my western union information and he sent me 500 dollars for absolutely no reason like we are not even having sex. He then disovered that i am into perfumes & he never even asked me he purchased 2 very expensive frangrances for me the 1 costs 400 dollars from Penhaligons , he told me he purchased 1 perfume for himself and 2 for me. He is a very generous person but i am very confused by this behaviour i also feel so bad if i accept his gifts cause we literally are not even official like that and he is already showering me with gift. Maybe gift giving is his love language?

Sounds like love bombing to be honest. You haven’t done much to necessarily prove that you deserve any of that and he seems to be gifting in exchange for not giving you who he actually is. Sounds like he’s trying to make up for the lack of personality/character he’s about to give you and hopes the constant gift giving and love bombing keeps you around. This will be over sooner than you know it and he will most likely pull back and give you absolutely nothing but you will be fiening for this all back in the meantime. I’d stop talking to this guy or at least call out his suspicious behavior

wow 500 seems big unless for his fortune percent like a ten dollar bill. say you "feel awkward and if he wants to give, then you want to go together to choose which gift."
