Such a question and no replies in 10 hours... wow!
So I don't really know since I was never diagnosed and I hate the autism spectrum since it makes pretty much everyone an autist. But being absolutely alone, truly unloved is very rare. I hope and wish for you that you asked the question in that manner because you realize that those are your feelings and that you can intellectually identify people that love you and care about you. I also know that dealing with people with autism can be difficult and that I myself made mistakes there in the past, but realize that as long as someone hasn't given up on you it has to mean something.
If I'm completely wrong and everything seems like pseudo positive bullshit to you I apologize. If you truly are alone then there are people out there who can help, even if it's just helping you socially. Stay strong buddy
