Ok guys I was feeling confident when I bumped into my crush at the mall and I gave him my number!! He had told me on social media that he wanted to take me to dinner so I was sure he liked me too! But it’s been 2 days and nothing! I’m kinda bummed thinking maybe he’s just not into me. Maybe he has someone else? Fellas how long are you waiting to text?

So yeah, 48 hours... not good. Sorry.

So, when I meet a woman, I respond within 24 hours. If you gave him your number and he hit you back on social media... not good. If guy says we should go out to dinner together then doesn't immediately try to make plans with you... not good.

2 days... yeah, I read once that 90% of people respond to a text withing the first 24 hours... anything over 24 hours, means it is like 70% likely they will never text or respond.

No seriously 48 hours, fuck that guy. If he was a real man, he would follow up within 24 hours, or just been honest with you. But not saying anything to you and leaving you hanging like that... nah a real man would not do that either.

Woman do that shit to men all the time, but men expect it so we don't give a shit... but a real man would not do that to woman, unless he is not a real man, or unless he totally turned of or turned on by you.

Yup, he could totally be turned on by you, and since he is not a real man doesn't know how to deal with the situation so he is taking the cowards way out... which is not what a real man would do.

Or he's totally not interested, or he is dating someone else... and does not want to be honest with you so he ghosted. Again, a real man would not do this. Not to some real person that they have met and know... dating sites are different all together.

Do you have his number? If so ask him out, the worst he can say is no and then you don't have to worry. As to the time he may have forgotten to text you or put the wrong number in his phone. But you'll never know unless you ask for yourself.
