How long should I wait before texting him back?

Ex. the last text I sent was yesterday 8:30 pm. He texted me today at 5 pm. Should I even text him back or just block him and move on. We been dating for about two months by the way

Chill. Don't move on so fast. There's probably a legit reason he didn't respond. He might've looked at it and forgot to respond cause he was busy, maybe he was just busy, or maybe forgot his phone somewhere. You guys have been dating for 2 months. Do you guys still love each other?

He might have a good reason for ddelaying a reply. It would depend on what you said in your text--are you asking him for a major commitment, or a decision on something sensitive, for example? He might need to mull over his answer.

No he just takes forever to reply. He was not that way before. He used to text me at least 10 times day. Now, he takes a day or two to reply with a one or two words messages

Unless he has a busy work life or family life (mom dad bro sis) or emergency. I would at least have questions. That's almost 24h. If not questions I wouldn't respond and let him wander. If you are normally the one who messages 1st let him make the move. Let him put forth effort

Depends if you want to talk to him I don't see why you'd block someone if you truly like them lol. there's no time limit on responding to your partner.
