Do guys think I’m full of my self?

When I was young I was very insecure about my looks so whenever anyone complimented me I would be like no you’re lying I’m ugly

but now I’ve changed and started accepting compliments , so whenever a dude says wow you’re exceptional I would be like I know and laugh about it

today a guy called me cute and my answer was “ I’m the cutest right?” And he was like absolutely and we laughed about it

I don’t want to come out as some one full of herself

what do u guys think? And if I do come out like this , should I tell them that I was just faking my confidence , since we’re kinda close

It depends on your tone. If it’s in a playful, joking manner, even if it’s true, it’s fine to me. You can tell what women think they’re goddesses, the ones that act like it especially when it comes to others. Acting better than others. I’ve had women tell me I’m cute, to which I’d respond I thought so too lol but I’d joke, laugh, so they knowing I’m joking as well. I’m not saying it cause I 100% believe it like a narcissist. Especially if it’s w close friends if they know you have a sense of humor they most likely know the difference as far as when you’re joking or not joking.
