I wonder the same thing. From my experience, I have never had a female friend that there wasn't at least some attraction, even if it was just sexual. I've had female friends that had crushes on me, some I had crushes on them, others I flirted with, some flirted with me, and some we ended up hooking up for sex.

I think what it is, both guys and girls have pheromones, and those pheromones are the reason they get so attracted to each other. I wrote on another post about this earlier, but guys and girls will sniff each other when they are attracted to each other, even though most people deny it. People are mammals too! lol. If you next to a person and you see their nostrils moving in and out, their sniffing your scent, which means they are definitely attracted to you. Of course, I would never tell a girl I know about these tricks up front, lol

I'd like to think guys and girls can be friends if both are already taken/in relationships already. And then it's like couples dates, etc.
Or, guys and girls can be friends if there's no attraction at all, which is highly possible.
And finally, I'll say that guys and girls can be friends, because work professionalism requires it. 👍👍

A guy doesn't have to be unattractive for me to view him as a platonic person - he just has to fail at being attractive enough or have a trait that I can't relate to. Like I know a very attractive guy but I never liked him in the slightest cause there was something very impersonal and unreal about the way he expressed himself or viewed the world. It was like he was a front and not a person.

All my female friends are HOTTER than fire yet we are friends. I think it depends on who you are. If you are human, maybe yes. If you are divine, it is a lot different. These girls will love you as their own souls, even want to bed you or marry you because you are genuinely kind yet because of your good nature, they'd respect you enough to want to be your friend.

False. Being attracted to someone doesn't mean you can't be friends with them; desire may influence action, but it doesn't control it.

I would say they can ONLY be friends if Both is unattractive to the other. Because if one finds the other attractive they're most likely going to filter the entire relationship through that lens. And the other person knowing they have the upper hand might exploit this fact for thier own selfish motives.

Bottom line: when romantic feelings come into play the entire dynamic changes.

Semi-true. If one or the other or both are taken then friendship is the only possibility. It is possible that you develop such a good friendship that it is to valuable too muck up with sex.
