There’s this guy who says he works near where I live. He asked me out for 7.30am this Saturday, for on his way home from work. I texted him again today, to confirm that we’re still on for coffee/breakfast and he hasn’t replied all day or in the evening, either. I looked up his suburb and he lives far from me. Hours by car. What’s probably going on? Is he probably married with kids, which I saw a photo of him with a kid. Or is he having second thoughts about the long distance? He changed plans last Saturday already and I think either you want to see someone or you don’t. It’s not that hard a question to answer. He also wanted to confirm today or tomorrow instead of last night.

It's difficult to tell for certain what's going on, but it's possible that he may be married or have other commitments that prevent him from meeting you. It's also possible that he's having second thoughts or is simply busy with other things. Regardless of the reason, it's important to respect his decision and not chase after someone who isn't interested in spending time with you. If he doesn't respond to your message, you may want to consider moving on and finding someone who is more interested in getting to know you.

@happywoman34 It's the opposite for women. Average woman has so many more options she's trying to disqualify the guy as quickly as possible. Average guy typically is so desperate he's trying to rush to lock down the first girl that shows interest it's usually s turn off. In your own example the guy went less than a day w/out responding to your last text and u wondering if he's married, conversely if you a man wrote this same thing most people would be clowning him for being so impatient. The fact that him not dropping everything and getting right back to you validates the sense of entitlement most women have.

@happywoman34 You would be wrong. Women tend to use the equality defense to deflect from situations where they are in the wrong. The average man doesn't get enough woman to gave any sense of entitlement, meanwhile average woman get tons of attention everyday making them believe they are better than they are. Claiming you are humble is literally the opposite of humility, so is claiming you had "a tough life" because u don't know what another person has gone through.
