Should I drop this guy?

So this guy messaged me early in the morning yesterday asking what I was doing for the day. I responded back hours later saying “idk yet why what’s up” then I did not get a response from him until I sent him a second message hours later. Then he’s gonna say “ I was gonna ask if you could come over today but was busy”. Then I asked if you were gonna be busy why ask what I was doing for today? And he said he wasn’t busy before. I feel like he was better off not reaching out at all.

Not really the brightest bulb is he.
I'm thinking if you are interested in someone they should be your priority.
Not someone you call when you don't have anything else to do.
My suggestion would be to move on and find someone who wl make you their priority.

If he reaches out then think if you like this guy or not. Then act accordingly
