Is it ok as a manager to accept gifts from your employees?

Anonymous

My boyfriend's birthday just passed. He ended up telling one of his managers and his employees bought him a gift card for dominos and 3 Ballons. I feel uneasy about this because he was too flirty with one of his coworkers in the past. She was getting physically touchy too. So after telling me he's received a gift from his employees, he than says we might start taking collections every month for everyone's birthday. Including the woman who caused issues in our relationship. Am I being wrong for feeling like he shouldn't have accepted this gift? I feel very disrespected that he would accept a gift from another woman because there was so many fights over how they act with each other. My boyfriend is an attention whore but he couldn't turn down the gift. I wonder if this woman did balloons so my boyfriend couldn't hide his gift from me. What should he have done in this situation? This flirty coworker has a birthday next month. I feel like if he gets her a bday gift, he's really being disrespectful towards our relationship.
