What does my boyfriend do in the gym for 2 hours?

My ldr boyfriend is going to gym third a week and he's always spend 2hrs in the gym. I've never go to the gym because he doesn't want me to and im just qurious what is he doing for 2hrs. a gym always take you all for 2hrs? and I also I am worried about women at the gym asking him for his phone number and staring at him I trust him but still worrid about it because he says when he always go to the gym all the women are staring at him and ask his number etc...

Working out. 2 hours isn't a crazy amount of time to spend at the gym. Also you don't trust him. Because if you did you wouldn't worry. Him cheating or not is his decision not the the women who approach him.

You are confusing wanting to trust with trusting. You can't make yourself trust someone. You could have trust issues from past relationships and not realize you are putting those issues on a new guy. If he has done nothing to break your trust, then why not trust him?

You trust him but worry about women staring at him? Why would you worry if you trust him not to do anything? You see that makes no sense right? Two hours is pretty standard. Even if you are not showering after which I always do that is pretty much the amount of time I spend at the gym when I go. This screams trust issues to me because if you did trust him you would not be worried about other women or how much time he spends there.

2 hours or more 2.5 , is a pretty standard session , there is a lot of stuff in there , gyms are highly sexual , but not everyone is there for a pick up , he will be varying his routine to work different muscle groups and probably doing some cardio too , it takes 2 hours , and he could go 5 times per week.
