I got divorce a year ago. To help financially I took a lodger. He is a 22 year old guy. We got on very well from the very beginning. Then I noticed some flirting from his part but me being old enough to be his mother I brushed it aside. However the chemistry was there and I could not hide it any longer. I flirted back. I thought it would be fun and would not go anywhere because of the age gap and because even though I am pretty enough I am a plus size and I don’t consider myself sexy. However on his birthday I have to give him a hug and kiss but he quickly put his lips on mine and we kissed for what seems like hours. I really enjoyed it. But for days kitting else happened. I kept saying to myself that it was wrong. But when we kissed again I could feel his getting really hard and we ended up having sex. After a lot of thought I decided we are both adults and free and although we both know this is just a fling , as in it is not find to lead to a long term relationship, I decided to live life, be happy and enjoy whatever this is. Now I am probably over thinking it but what I do not get is why me and not any other younger, fit and beautiful girl? Also, as we are not really boyfriend and girls friend, I always ask for a kiss instead of just going for it. His behaviour is very flirtatious but it is as if he is afraid of being the one to take the initiative. Recently I asked him if I always had to ask first for a kiss of of “I could help myself”. His reply was to hem myself! So he clearly wants me. The things is I do not know how to take this. If sex is what he wants, he can have it with anyone else as he is very attractive. And I know there isn’t another girl. So why doesn’t he make the first move.. Is it his age showing here. He lost his virginity with me and I thought after that he would move on but 8 months later he is still with me. Why? Could he really have feelings for me?
