So there this gym trainer who trains with me but he left his job at my gym but he still offered to help me out with my workouts and diets for free. He also suggested that we change the gym and he called me in the new gym. I’m wandering why he didn’t charge me money.

Most of the time, when a guy is doing a favor for a girl, he is looking for something in return. And that something is a hook-up. This is why I usually refuse to accept gifts from men I don’t like…because then I don’t want to be forced to return the favor through sexual means. But if you’re okay with going down that route, then continue to accept his free training sessions.

Its quite obvious. If he's not a real good friend or some sort of personal invested due to a goal or passion. He might have other interests
