i went on a date with a guy, well actually two first dates in one day with same person. Later on the second date we had dinner, went to comedy show and then later slept together. A week and a half later goes by no communication by both parties. (He had much earlier indicated he was going out of town in the following days)

so I send a text hey stranger how are you, he ends up texting back asking me a few questions we briefly catch up and the conversation ends

is he interested? Why would a guy who only wanted a one night stand text me back? He has a 100hr a week job. He has a lot on his plate. Is he actually interested or just being polite
