Playful crush or complete asshole? Do guys who would like you do this?

I kind of like this guy at my job. He’s quite playful but he works hard. He is starting to open up more and whenever I pass by he does something playful or funny.

This time I was walking out with a box in my hand and he smacks it right out my hand and was about to walk away but picks it up and says he’s just joking playfully.

maybe he was a bit close to me when he playfully knocked boxes out my hand.. and picked them back up.

but today I got my hair done and felt good at work and he avoided me. No playful, no eye contact… he didn’t even move out my way. Like I wasn’t there
