Would you keep a girls number even if you don't reply to her texts and are angry and bitter towards her because you wanted her to chase you and have sex with you but she wanted to talk and didn't chase?

Would you still keep her number in your WhatsApp (saved) or delete it and forget it?
Also why would a guy who doesn't reply and is bitter still stare at her and hold onto the number?
