Why would a guy your friends with react that way?

So I think the guy I work with might have a crush on me because a couple of guys were messing around with me we were laughing and the guy that I think that likes me was in the lunch room when I entered in to grab something he said "sounds like u guys were having fun out there". And the following next day me and the guy I think likes me were on the elevator with one of the guys named Dalton was flexing his muscles telling me to look and feel it. And the guy I think likes me said he's like a kid.

This is why I avoid having female friends, it never works out.

You can't be a straight male and be friends with a girl. Eventually feelings develop.

Is that why he's always looking at me and taking glances at me. I had a coworker point that out too, that everywhere she sees me he's not that far way. In all honesty I really have no idea that this guy might just be into me. If I give u a little list of the things he has done would you be able to figure out if he might be interested in me more than friends because I'm interested too.
