Opinions on seeing a guy for a few months and he never once gave me a compliment?

Is this normal with men as men I dated in the past always told me I looked nice when I get done up for dinner and it make me feel nice.
But this guy makes me feel like I’m a dress I might aswell where a plastic bag if you get me.
Then what hurt me the most was we were having an intimate moment and he told me I have n ie breasts and I just felt crap as it was the first and only time he said something nice about my looks.

Is this normal?
