Are men just as emotional as women?

My boyfriend and I were discussing this. Are men just as emotional as us and they have learned from society not to express it, or is physiology. I rather expect it is both. What do you think?

I don't think we have any way of comparing that, but in general it seems like women can be more emotional. Having said that, I know men that are also very emotional.

There are moderately emotional men and women, very emotional men and women, and socioapathic men and women.

Yes they are. We're all human. Men process and express differently.

Yes, they can be. We've learned that guys aren't supposed to be, but given the right time and place I open up with someone I trust.

It is some of both, but men are naturaly less emotional than women. Our brains are different.
