So this guy met all my friends and family and even my co workers at my job. So after 15 days he asks about having sex, is that too soon?

I dont think its too soon. I think it would be better to have sex at least before he meets your family and friends tho. To make sure you are happy with him in that regard and to make sure he doesn't ghost you after you have sex. If he is just playing around and wants a new conquest he might leave after you give him sex. Since he met your family already they are gonna be asking about him now
