Not a girl, but- no. The dude's a shallow hypocrite, fascinated by the unusual sexual activity he so decries (which isn't all that uncommon; think of how many anti-gay fundamentalist Christian evangelists get caught having gay sex), but don't sink to his level. Ignore it and move on.

No cause he's probably in the closet and I guess it depends if you wanna shame him for possibly being gay himself and just exposing him to the world and taking away the opportunity for him to do it himself, I think the best choice is to just block him for being hateful towards you and leave it at that
