Found some messages on my husbands phone with one of his female employees and he has been messaging her whilst we are on holiday with our children. Nothing explicit just photos of dog and short conversations about everyday things. Everyday... for 5 days in a row.

There are other messages dating back to 1 year, mostly about work things but there is some subtle flirting as welk.

Does he fancy this woman? I know she's married but she's very pretty.

They probably just friends since you didn’t find anything flirting recently although I don’t see why you in a relationship if you don’t trust him if you trusted him you wouldn’t be looking through his phone or asking random people on the internet a question like this why not ask him about it you can always find out based on his reaction of course the trust would be somewhat broken if they are just friends since you yourself didn’t trust him and decided to search through his phone but I’m not you so do whatever

Doesn’t really sound like it. What exactly are these messages that you say there’s some flirting going on? Honestly I think if he was flirting w her or there was more to it he wouldn’t give you his phone since you don’t take your phone w you. I don’t see why you don’t take it. Even so you’d have to deliberately go into his messages to see them so there’s no trust there on your part.

Probably. While on vacation with my wife I had no interest in talking with anyone else on the phone. And certainly not for days in a row!
