Yo, guys - Will guys actually date someone they aren’t interested in?

My question basically is if a guy really likes Girl A, but thinks she is maybe out of his league, and Girl B starts pursuing him and stuff, will he go out with Girl B? Is this common behavior for men?

Women are too much work to casually date. If I'm not serious about her I'm not getting involved. I've made the mistake of dating one woman I wasn't really interested in. It wasn't nice and I'll never do it again.

Yeah but he’ll break up with Girl B for Girl A if she expresses interest in him. Whether that’s good or not depends on which girl you are.
