Me and him are just talking as friends I saw him flirt with another girl in his comments I assumed he didn’t like me anymore so I kept calling him bro as friends and got on me and said “can u stop calling me that? I don’t like it!” Is there a reason for this

Hahaha! It sounds like he doesn't like being friend, or bro'zoned. It's the equivalent of calling a guy "dude." Harmless or not, it rubs some guys the wrong way.

Yet you're friends. Bro implies he's a close guy friend, and nothing more. Basically he's not happy you see him as "one of the guys" instead of someone you used to like/date-

He'll get over it. Just remind him that bro is a term that means he's like a "brother," or close friend.
Emphasize that to him now, as a reminder, he can't have his cake and ice cream too [he can't date other women and think he can still control you].

Because he probably finds it unfeminine. I also don't like hearing a woman call me "bruh" and I even hate hearing women say that to their own boyfriends or husbands nowadays, and using all those hoodsy, trap ripper terminologies and slang of today. It's so gross and unfeminine and unromantic.
