What does it mean when you are in a grocery store and a guy in the next line behind the cashier keeps looking at you?

I looked at him and he kept looking at me so I looked away, then after a minute or so he was looking at me again even while I was walking away? It isn't really important but is it a good or bad thing lol

Maybe he thought he knew you? You ever look at someone and think they look familiar and can’t figure out from where. Or he thought you were cute, some guys are shy!
