Is it bad that he hasn't complimented me?

I've been talking to this guy for 3 weeks. And he hasn't once said anything about me. Usually guys say I'm pretty or cute. But not him. Is this a bad sign he's not interested in me?

Maybe he doesn't want to be overbearing or is taking things slow. Could be he doesn't want to scare you away. Doesn't explain why he can't say you're cute. That's a pretty basic compliment. Don't overthink it though. He is talking to you and I assume you two are spending time with each other. He wouldn't be doing that if he wasn't interested ya know? Unless he changes behavior around you completely I would not worry about it.
