I don't know that they think that. I would say that they want to believe that will happen or hope that it does. I can't speak for guys but I would think the next best thing from a relationship would be the whole friends with benefits situation. They are hoping they at least can get that and have their needs satisfied. And yeah you are right to say that not all girls are like that. Most aren't. I'm certainly not.

No, you're right. But there are enough women that are like that. So the woman who doesn't put out will always be at a disadvantage to the multitude of women who do unfortunately.

Works the same for decent quality guys. They tend to blend in to the background and get overlooked because they're not the loudest and most brash.
