Why would a guy who acts repulsed by you start to care when he sees you teary eyed one day?

Yes, he’s not attracted to me. I should not have used the word care. He actually never said anything he just orbited around and looked like he might of said something, but he never did.

I still wouldn't make assumptions. Could be he's attracted to you. A lot of shy guys out there too nervous to make the first move. Bottom line is it sounds like you're too hard on yourself.

No he will literally start whistling a awkward tune whenever he would pass… like literally if we were alone for a sec he would start whistling then stop after he left

That could mean he likes you... like when a guy is with a girl he likes and doesn't know what to say that could just make him a little nervous and he might just whistle because he feels he should say something but he doesn't know what to say

I had some immature coworkers make it obvious that it was me who thought he was attractive. They would joke around whenever he came around and they just made it weird.

He’s also younger like 19/20… it just made it weird. I’m still awkward for my age and made it no better.
