I was talking to this guy since May. I didn’t suspect anything, but then he calls me on Friday and said “I’m with my girlfriend at the moment. We cannot be in communication anymore.” I had responded with “okay, goodbye” and didn’t ask any questions and hung up. Then two days later he post on his Instagram story a photo of him and his girlfriend, which I was shocked because he would post her in a group setting or not at all. Turns out they’ve been dating for almost a year. I’m confused to why he even felt the need to call and say he’s with his girlfriend or that we couldn’t talk anymore. Why not just ignore or not respond to me?
