Guy's Behavior

I don't understand whether he likes me or is he treating me as a normal frnd?

So ever since clg started , I became frnds with this one guy , we used to talk little , and he used to irrate me in fun way , later he became frnd with my frnds , and he stop talking to me and talk to them always but whenever it comes to me, he always gives me the opposite ans to what I am asking or teases me etc... even my frnds tease me with his name , but I don't think he likes me , I am confused , he stares at me from far and gives me these weird looks and smiles , and always has comment on what I am doing. Today also in the canteen some grp of gurl and boy were singing perfect song and I was sitting with my frnds across the room opposite him and when that grp sang perfect song , I turned too look , I saw him looking at me and then he smiled at me
