Guys, how do men actually talk about attractive women at work? Is it respectful or rude? Any examples?

One of the only times I heard a guy talk about a woman coworker behind her back it was really graphic and bad. I can’t even remember what he said but it was very misogynistic and sexual.

The other times were either nice compliments to her face or once or twice a guy telling me about how he was interested in this or that coworker and it was always respectful.

Just my experience though.

Honestly I’ve never even heard men talking about women at work. If I have it’s just a simple man she’s cute. But where I currently work, in the medical field, a majority of the men I work w are gay or feminine. When I worked in the prison it was man I’d love to do this or that to her, pretty graphic.
