I think u can cut of all contacts with them like blocking them from all social medias until u move on. Coz if we don't we just get that constant urge to stalk their social medias and feel very bad after. I'm sure you have jobs in case if you don't then try to search one as you will get distracted from those bitter feelings.

Secondly , u just have to try to accept that you did nothing wrong to them and they chose to ignore you , even if you did wrong you should forgive yourself coz everyone make mistakes and just try to move on.

Sometimes you may miss them but that's normal and the process of detachment but don't contact them even if you feel sad. Just keep going and one day you will have forgotten them completely. Best of luck 🤞
