If 2 friends ask you out , one asked you out during the holidays saying he liked you since and the other one asked you after his friends?

You know the first one who asked you first really liked you and you rejected him. But he told you it was okay that he still had a chance and after some time you start to talk with his friend who is your classmate to whom you never talked to and it's free. Be always text you and entertain you , then after some time he also tells you that he likes you but during school dies not speak to you unless you initiate contact but he is very free on the phone Is he playing me?

Not if that was a really good friend of the first guy that I turned down. That would just be way to awkward for me and probably him. I just wouldn't want to start a relationship off like that with any sort of awkwardness or anxiety. I think that I would probably just tell the second guy I wasn't interested in dating at the time and just move on. I really don't like hurting anyone's feelings as it is and that sounds like a situation where the first guy will be pretty bummed and disappointed that after he asks I accept from a good friend.
