Guys, When women said I don’t want any drama? What do men feels like?

I have feeling with one of my coworkers. He is 47 and I am 38, sometimes we drink together after get off work but we don't do anything else, we just talk about things out of work but the next day usually other co-workers know we drank together. I don't like it when he shares what we do and talk about with other people. Then we started texting. He said I could trust him and tell him anything. I said, can you please stop telling others that we drank together? Because you and I both know nothing happened, but others don’t. I don't want any drama. He said there is no drama here, just fun, relaxation and happy…..

Did he really understand what I meant was that I didn’t want to get involved in workplace gossip or did he think I had other intentions? Is he just playing games with me?

There are two parts to this one. First, why does everyone need to tell everyone else what they are doing. Social media makes things even more complicated with soo much known by everyone on it.

Second part is that if your doing something in public it is known by everyone where you are. There could be someone there that knows someone else and then it circles back to part one and on and on.

If you didn't do anything you that did not matter if it was known, then I personally wouldn't give a damn what anyone else thinks or how it got out there.

Yes, I do. But it was after I am tipsy. I said someone talked behind us. He asked me who is it? I didn’t tell him who is it. Because it will cause problems in workplace. And he said we just drinking didn’t do anything else. He said tell those people mind their own business.

He said I can trust him and tell him everything at work. But this is how gossip starts. That’s why usually i talk to him is not about work.

I think it was him tell other people we were drinking together. Because after I asked he don’t tell anyone he smiles and look at me.
