I have a big crush on this guy I know. He is somewhat insecure though and sometimes I feel belittled in his company. When we are alone he is quite kind to me and we laugh and have great tines. I am a vivacious talkative sort of person and there are times when he makes me feel ashamed for my personality. Over all he is caring and sensitive but is he worth my time? Do I need to work on my personality?
It sounds like your bubbly personality is a big part of who you are. If that bothers him I think it's a red flag. A long-term relationship likely won't work if one of the partners can't be themselves.
You are what you are so do not change because of him. He should accept you for what you are... none of is perfect. Are you sexually involved with him? If not do you want to be?

The only thing I think you need to work on is your self esteem. If you become more confident about yourself, I think the sky's the limit for you.
