Why do I feel like after living on my own for the first time the world is out to get me?

I’m paranoid that people are following me whenever I go out and that Everyone’s out to get me and I’m always having to look behind me constantly

You need more self confidence you be surprised how much people really don’t care about what you’re doing and if your always watching you back you should learn some combat skills to build that confidence. There nothing wrong with watching your back if you live in dangerous neighborhoods. Try to put yourself in their perspective and imagine that person watching you the way you think they are watching you and you would think that person has nothing to do or is crazy, they you would realize that that person is irrelevant. Unless your out there doing wrong to others you should have to worry about people coming after you. Just worry about yourself and keep leveling up, living by yourself is already a big step congrats.
